Contract Administration Training

Provides an in-depth understanding of "what is a Labor Contract", "what does it contain" and "how do I read it?" It involves discussion on management/union rights, past practices and discipline and discharge.

    Learn the elements of a job study. Conduct job analyses and design a compensation plan. The emphasis is in developing flexible compensation systems to meet new work system demands.
