Louis Slonski.

Louis Slonski is an experienced Human Resource and Labor Relations professional. He has held generalist and manager roles in union and non–union manufacturing and distribution operations.

He has experience in complex employee and labor relations issues including: team training, managerial counseling, employee mentoring, design and implementation of safety programs, design and implementation of compensation programs and job grades, job analysis and evaluation, as well as strategic partnering to aid in business transition on the shop floor.

Louis holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Illinois—Urbana Champaign and a Master’s in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
